Day 8

Day 6

20 classes. 20 days.

HOW IT WORKS
• November 1–20
• Take 20 yoga classes in 20 days
• You can stack classes and take more than one in a day
• Complete all 20 classes to be entered into a drawing for 6 months of free yoga

Maybe caring for yourself on the mat is less about doing something perfectly and more about paying attention.
