There is no single way to move through perimenopause and menopause, but no woman should have to figure it all out alone.
This monthly gathering is a space to come back to the basics, ask real questions, share honest experiences, and learn how to not simply get through this chapter, but evolve and thrive within it.
Jamie MacNeill, 46, has spent the last six years finding her own way through the physical, emotional, and deeply personal changes of menopause. Her experience inspired her to create a space where women can gather without judgment, comparison, or the expectation that they should already have all the answers.
Jamie is joined by Rheannon McDonald, PA-C, a family medicine provider in Grand Blanc with a specialty in women’s health and a particular passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Together, they bring personal experience and clinical perspective into a conversation that is approachable, informative, and grounded in what women are actually experiencing.
Each month will include an open sharing circle, education and conversation around the changing body and mind, and a special Q&A with Rheannon where women can bring the questions they have been wanting to ask. We’ll close our time together with a gentle yin yoga practice led by Jamie, creating space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and integrate the evening.
This is not about fixing yourself or becoming who you used to be. It’s about understanding what is changing, learning what supports you now, and discovering how much life there still is to grow into.
