Join Heather for a mix of primary and second series Ashtanga. Starting with the traditional sun salutations, we will explore the usual primary series folds as well as experiment with the twists and backbends of second series. This fully led workshop is appropriate for most bodies with some yoga experience. There will be time set aside for breathwork and meditation.

Hi, I’m Heather Barnes. I’ve been practicing since 2001 and teaching since 2007. Yoga has helped me feel at home in my body, and I love sharing the practice with others. My focus is exploring a functional, sustainable approach while respecting the tradition of the practice. I aim to provide classes that are relevant to everybody.
