We are not socialized to process unpleasant emotions. Life, while wonderful, comes with grief and trauma. While rich with offerings, the world is also host to societies that are making us sick, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Your hurt and anger are valid. What can we do? GET IT OUT!
