Self Love - Without the Spiritual Bypassing

  • Ethos Yoga 113 South Saginaw Street Holly, MI, 48442 United States (map)

What keeps us from truly loving and accepting ourselves in a real, rooted, lasting way without stipulations?

Is it conditioning, the constant perpetuation of "betterment" culture, or our unwillingness to get vulnerable about what it is we truly want?

We are bombarded with messages of love and light, body positivity, and "fake it until you make it", but what does self love actually feel like? What would it look like to operate from a space of truly knowing yourself intimately?

Join Randie for this light-hearted creative workshop on Valentine's Day. We will meditate, clear our throat and heart spaces energetically, engage with thought-provoking writing prompts, followed by sharing of experiences, all about our self-love journey.

"Shame dies when stories are told is safe spaces."
