About Nancy and Jeremy
Nancy and Jeremy are united by their deep respect for the wisdom that resides within us all, and they have dedicated their lives to exploring this internal knowledge through Yoga, meditation, and sound.
Nancy has been on this path since 2004, and her love for Yoga has led her across 20 different countries, where she has delved into the timeless practices of Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She believes that the mind and body’s innate wisdom reveal themselves most clearly in stillness. Nancy completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training with Prairie Yoga in Lisle, Illinois, in 2014, and later earned her Relax and Renew® Level 1 Certification with Judith Hanson Lasater in 2017, followed by Lizzie Lasater’s 30-hour Restorative Yoga Training in 2019. As a co-founder of Settle Into Stillness, Nancy shares the transcendent vibrations of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, and more, creating a soothing atmosphere for healing and self-discovery.
Jeremy has been fusing the mindfulness-based practices of Yoga and meditation with his music since 2009. His global travels, covering 28 countries across 5 continents, have shaped his unique musical journey, with a special focus on the Handpan. Known as one of North America’s most prolific Handpan performers, Jeremy has shared his music in over 500 performances, weaving stories through gentle, world-inspired sounds. He also plays the didgeridoo, guitar, and electronic music, participating in various music projects, including his solo work and collaborations with international groups like 8 Hands of Sound and Groupe Sans Frontieres. Jeremy’s music is deeply influenced by his Yoga practice, which he formalized with a 200-hour Yoga teacher training certification from Prairie Yoga in 2014.
Together, Nancy and Jeremy aim to create more love and healing in the world by revealing the gift of stillness through Yoga, sound, and music. Their work offers a nurturing space for others to reconnect with themselves, their breath, and their true essence.
